About Scot
Originally from the Buffalo area, Scot grew up watching a young Billy Sheehan perform with a band called Talas. That fueled his ambition to become a sound engineer. Being technically gifted and having an "ear" for music, Scot decided to get involved in the field.
After moving to the Midwest in 1980, he began sound work for local bands and eventually got involved in studio mixing as well. In the year 2000, he started his sound company, GoodRich Sound, and his client list includes Lonnie and Ronnie Baker Brooks, KoKo Taylor, Michael McDermott, and Commander Cody. Scot has always had the desire to mix a progressive rock band and now has the opportunity to do so with Grande Parade. He is looking forward to working with the band and enhancing their already polished Genesis sound.
Scot resides in Lindenhurst, Illinois, with his wife, Lori, and their two teen daughters.
